I got a hate for that sunglasses guy because of that. I just play them so I know why the settings of multiplayer maps is what it is. I felt Modern Warfare had the best campaign. And it's not to have one, to be that guy. I got the total opposite opinion than you.

PSA: it's a lot harder to compete with sales of other COD games when you don't have Black Ops or Modern Warfare in the title so people should really stop taking sales into consideration here. We'll see how the game progrssses though. Yeah t does have its own set of issues that need to be worked out, but so did MW19 and CW at launch. Vanguard for me so far, feels extremely good but there's so many broken guns in the game that nearly everything is viable. Score streak system is extremely bad imo and to me it just felt like an off brand version of bo2. The game for me was really fast paced for me.Ĭold War multiplayer doesn't feel bad but it also doesn't feel great. The gameplay of MW19 for apparently a lot of people felt slow and campy? I had huge success playing hyper aggressive and just rushing like a crackhead though. The Engine in MW and Vanguard feels the best in Cod tbh. clunky, old, like we had taken a step back. I don't have much experience with the campaign or zombies so I won't speak on that.

The concept for Outbreak was simple, but it was so well executed that it kept me playing. In a later update, the moment Outbreak was added, my time spent playing zombies exponentially increased. I felt they got dull and I never pursued the Easter eggs. Lastly, let's not forget the game modes that were added that made that the game so much better, such as Prop Hunt, Double Agent, the 6v6 Face-Off mosh pit, and more.Īs for zombies, I wasn't a big fan of round-based maps.

If that was fixed with higher objective points and streaks resetting on death, then I would have liked Cold War multiplayer even more. The only thing I absolutely hated about Cold War was the scoring system and scorestreaks. I'm not a fan of the modern warfare engine because it's not as responsive nor is it faster. In essence, Cold War was the true sequel to Black Ops.įor the multiplayer, it was very fast and fluid because of the engine itself. I liked the open-endedness that led you to different outcomes in the story, it was very nostalgic, and I liked the deviation from guns blazing to actual stealth and sabotage in certain missions. To start off, Cold War had an amazing campaign. I genuinely thought that Cold War was much better as a whole compared to the other two games we got recently. This is not a repeated cycle of the Call of Duty community. This opinion is not because of the most recent Vanguard not doing so good at launch.
